• Proof of Address (bank statement or utility bill)

Withdrawals may be put on hold until verification is complete. This is done solely for your own security.

The minimum deposit at 399 beat is ৳50 and the minimum withdrawal is ৳200. Maximum limits depend on your account type and verification level.

Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled, except through the cash-out feature. Cash-out is only available on selected markets.

• If a match or event is cancelled, the stake for that bet will be refunded
• If a bet is accepted at an incorrect price due to a technical error, 399 beat reserves the right to void that bet
• If a bet is confirmed before odds change, the original odds remain valid
• If the connection drops during live betting, the last confirmed bet will be considered valid.
• If one selection in an accumulator bet is voided, the bet will continue with the remaining selections

The minimum bet is ৳20 and the maximum bet limit varies by market and account level. 399 beat reserves the right to set limits on any bet.

• Claiming bonuses from multiple accounts on the same device or IP address is strictly prohibited

• Any unused bonus will be forfeited once it expires
• Winnings from free bets include the profit only, not the stake.
• Real money balance and bonus balance are tracked separately

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 399 beat. Any account found engaging in them will be suspended immediately:
